RID Plates for the quantification of native IgG in Mare colostrum and Foal serum 

Radial Immuno Diffusion (RID - SRID) method is the reference for the quantification of Native IgG in colostrum and its derivatives. 

This plates has been developped for:

- quality control of Mare colostrum (measurement of native IgG) used for foal feed and for the manufacture of colostro-replacer

- study / control (anti-diarrhea monotoring) of the passive transfert of immunity in Foal : determination of IgG from colostrum in Foal serum and plasma.
