RID kit for the quantification of native IgG in Mare colostrum and Foal serum

Radial Immuno Diffusion (RID - SRID) method is the reference for the quantification of Native IgG in colostrum and its derivatives. 

Our test kit is proposed as a box including: 25 IDRing plates, a calibration set (4 standards) and a buffer for the dilution of the samples. Each plate is for 10 determination (standards included). 

This test kit has been developped for:

- quality control of Mare colostrum (measurement of native IgG) used for foal feed and for the manufacture of colostro-replacer

- study / control (anti-diarrhea monotoring) of the passive transfert of immunity in Foal : determination of IgG from colostrum in Foal serum and plasma. 

The test is calibrated using IgG from Mare colostrum.
