RID kit for the quantification of native IgG1 in bovine colostrum, bovine colostrum derivatives and in calf serum

Radial Immuno Diffusion (RID - SRID) method is the reference for the quantification of Native IgG1 in colostrum and its derivatives. 

Our test kit is proposed as a box including: 25 IDRing plates, a calibration set (4 standards) and a buffer for the dilution of the samples. Each plate is for 10 determination (standards included). 

This test kit has been developped for:

- quality control of bovine colostrum (measurement of native IgG1) used for calfs feed and for the manufacture of colostro-replacer

- determination of native IgG1 in colostrum derivatives (powder, serocolostrum, colostrum paste, syrup, ...) used for the manufacture of nutraceuticals

- study / control (anti-diarrhea monotoring) of the passive transfert of immunity in calf : determination of IgG1 from colostrum in calf serum and plasma. 

The test is calibrated using IgG1 from colostrum.
