RID kit for the authentication of the intestinal mucosa used for heparin purification

The authentication is based on the used of two types of IDRing plates :

-  The RUMI Test plates are used for the detection of the presence of tissues from cattle, sheep and goats in the samples. The detection limit is 0.3% of intestinal mucosa of ruminants (cattle, sheep, goat) in the intestinal mucosa of pigs; 

- The PORC Test plates are used to certify the porcine origin of the intestinal mucosa and validate the conservation of the sample before analysis

The kit consists of two IDRing box

- IDRing box RUMI Test : 10 RUMI Test plates, 1 calibration set (qty sufficient for 100 RUMI Test)

- IDRing Box PORC Test : 10 PORC Test plates, 1 calibration set (qty sufficient for 100 PORC Test), 1 vial of 30 ml of concentrated buffer for dilution of samples.

Each plate allows to analyze 5 mucosa samples. One complete kit allows to analyse 50 mucosa samples.

According to your needs, you can add plates (5 by 5), calibration set or concentrated buffer to your order. Please, refer to relevant items.
